Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Rates

Standard Shipping (USPS) — $5.99 flat rate per order
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $200
FedEx 2nd Day — $15.00
FedEx Overnight — $65.00

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 pm PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST, or at weekends, ship the next business day.

Carriers

We use USPS for standard shipping and FedEx for expedited delivery.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within Arizona. Orders shipped to other states are not currently subject to sales tax.

Payment

We currently accept bank transfer and check. Payment must be received in full before an order is fulfilled.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds and the need to guarantee product integrity and chain of custody, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us at cs@bioaura.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review these cases individually and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
